Privacy notice

This notice explains how we process personal data of visitors to teknolojivepsikoloji.com and of people who use its contact form. It is issued under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and, where it applies to visitors in the EU, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Please do not include health or other special-category data in your message. We don't need it to answer you.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis

We do not use your data for marketing or profiling, and we do not send you commercial messages, unless you separately agree to it.
4. Who receives it
- Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting provider, processor): our website and CRM run on our own servers in Hetzner's data centre in Falkenstein, Germany.
- Google (Google Drive backup service, processor): server backups are stored off-site in Google's data centres (outside Türkiye).
- Competent public authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
International transfer: Because our servers are in Germany, your data is stored outside Türkiye. Our server backups are also stored on Google Drive. This transfer is carried out in line with the conditions and safeguards set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.
5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the following rights:
- to learn whether your data is processed and to get information about it
- to know the purpose of the processing and the recipients, in Türkiye and abroad
- to have it corrected, or deleted or destroyed
- to have those changes notified to recipients
- to object to a result against you that comes solely from automated analysis
- to claim compensation for unlawful processing
Under the GDPR, where it applies, you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
